Dear Dogo Argentino friends in 2003 the Specialized Cultural Association called "Dogo Argentino Club Italia", in short D.A.C.I., was formed.
Its legal settle is in Milano, V.le Corsica, 20 c/o "ENCI".
The Association aims at the genetic improvement of the breed, at the study, the enhancement of the value and the growth and use of the Dogo Argentino. It also carries out research and check tasks entrusted by ENCI ( Italian National Board of Dog Matters and Lovers). It also supplies the necessary technical support to the Central Technical Commission as provided for by the Disciplinary of the Genealogical Book.
The Association has the aim of carrying out any efficient action also in order to increase the value of the Dogo Argentino from the point of view of a compatible relationship between men and animals, in defence of public health.
To achieve the purposes already mentioned the D.A.C.I. :
promotes the spreading and the improvement of the Dogo Argentino. It supports his members, till it’s possible, in all the actions of general interest ;
t’s a partner of ENCI. For this reason it complies with its statute, rules, resolutions and performs all the tasks it has been delegated to;
organizes dog events or shows, directly or in cooperation with ENCI and with other dog associations recognized by ENCI.
